王金平黨籍案　明年1月8日開庭

【劉志原╱台北報導】立法院王金平遭國民黨認定關說而撤銷黨籍，他訴請確認國民黨籍存在案，本月4日台北地院首度開庭後，合議庭當庭要求原告王金平在三周內(本月25日前)針對調查事項先以書狀補充說明，並由被告國民黨以書狀表示意見，再決定開庭日期，因法院至今未收到雙方書狀，為避免訴訟延宕，今決定於明年1月8日下午3時再度開庭。

王金平的委任律師許英傑說，目前訴訟仍是照程序進行，至於是否會提出書狀，目前不便說明，國民黨委任律師羅明通說，若王金平陣營沒提出書狀要求調查證據，可能下次開庭就會結束準備程序。

王金平遭撤銷黨籍後，已聲請假處分獲准，可暫時行使國民黨黨員職權，暫時保住立法院院長職位，他另提「確認國民黨籍存在之訴」，以確保國民黨黨籍。
