換了新電腦iTunes裡的東西怎麼辦?

這問題困擾我很久了，換了一台新電腦之後發現iTunes無法同步iPhone裡的東西
只要在新電腦裡按同步就會顯示意思大概手機裡的東西都會消失
該怎麼辦呢?
因為舊電腦快壞了想丟掉但如果要增加新歌又無法在新電腦裡直接匯入
換來換去真的很麻煩所以就問一下有沒有人能解決

如果是備份資料的話我之前都備份過了但完全沒有任何動靜
是怎麼回事...?
