不知能不能申請地上權？

不過30年前的75萬跟如今的75萬應該是無法相抵的吧？這點恐怕沒什麼可能性的，

而且簽約的建商公司若已不存在，這個交易恐怕也就...

我很好奇的是，若建商並未過戶和交屋，您一家人是怎麼搬進去住的？

最壞的情況，也有可能30年前房子就已過戶給另一人，不知是否為目前自稱的屋主，如果是他或他長輩的話，不知還會不會另外再要求補給30年的房租？

假如當年只付5萬元，就住了30年也不用繳任何租金和稅金，不管怎麼看，您一家人都是得利的那方，

您還是趕快找律師吧？
