神棍李士賢假借「濟公」附身，洗腦女攤販，短短一個多月染指女攤販的兩個女兒數十次，落網後還辯稱他是被神明附身，什麼都不知道。一審遭判二十年，二審判十六年，最高法院審理後駁回上訴定讞。

判決書指出，從事乩童工作的李士賢，多年前在市場結識女攤販，前年10、11月間，他假借是女攤販「前世之子」名義，住進女攤販的新莊住處。借住期間，李士賢經常對女攤販的兩名女兒性侵或猥褻。

高院審理時，依強制性交、強制猥褻等罪，合併判處有期徒刑16年；全案經最高法院駁回上訴定讞。
