吳鳳日本文化周 茶道揭序幕

（中央社記者江俊亮嘉義縣23日電）吳鳳科技大學應用日語系「日本文化週」今天揭幕，由日本茶道表千家流派香本京子示範傳統日本茶道揭開序幕。

吳鳳科大表示，「日本文化週」除了今天開幕的日本茶道體驗之外，還有創意團扇大賽、紅白歌合戰、冬祭、日文查字典比賽等。

應日系主任蔡錦雀表示，日本茶道是在唐代由被派遣到中國的日本僧侶，將佛教和茶一起帶回日本。

她說，如今日本茶道已發展為獨特的品茶藝術和飲茶方式，也成為日本人修身養性、提高文化素養和進行社交的手段，是非常具代表性的日本傳統文化之一。

香本京子在示範傳時表示，早期日本茶道是以跪坐方式進行，常因跪坐的在榻榻米時間較長，以致膝蓋容易受傷，如今採用簡易坐式的茶道居多。

她也介紹日本抹茶、品茶步驟，讓來賓體驗泡製日本抹茶的過程及樂趣。1021223
