厄瓜多：史諾登向俄提庇護可解決問題

厄瓜多總統柯利亞(Rafael Correa)1日表示，美國國家安全局(NSA)承包商前雇員史諾登(Edward Snowden)向俄羅斯提出的庇護請求，將可望決定他的命運。

不過這位左派領袖在接受法新社訪問時也說，如果史諾登能進入厄瓜多大使館，厄瓜多政府還是會審核他的庇護申請。

被美國全球追緝的史諾登，由於護照被美國政府取消，如今身陷俄羅斯機場過境區超過1週，他已向厄瓜多要求政治庇護。

厄瓜多政府先前表示，會考慮史諾登的要求，但柯利亞後來改口說，只要史諾登不在厄瓜多領土，就不會處理他的申請。

在俄羅斯宣布，收到史諾登的庇護申請之後，柯利亞表示，他認為史諾登對俄羅斯政府提出的要求，將可解決史諾登的困境。

柯利亞說，只要史諾登在俄羅斯領土、而且向俄方提出庇護要求，史諾登的處境就會獲得處理並得以解決。

俄羅斯總統蒲亭1日已表示，只要史諾登停止洩密，就可以留在莫斯科。蒲亭還說，俄羅斯不會將史諾登交給美國。
