名醫吃火鍋中毒　名店判賠740萬

【劉志原╱台北報導】新光醫院睡眠醫學權威醫師江秉穎，前年12月間帶兒子與闕姓等朋友共12人，至台北市萬有全涮羊肉火鍋店消費，江等5人卻在包廂一氧化碳中毒送醫救回一命，台北地院今天判決火鍋店應賠償江等5人共740萬餘元；店家表示，會與律師研究是否上訴。

法官認為，江等人中毒後，造成腦部血液回流不足等後遺症，會有疲勞及暈眩情形，還得擔心日後腦部是否會病變，因此判江等5人各可獲賠精神慰撫金10萬至100萬元不等。

此外，因店家未提供安全用餐環境，再加計一倍懲罰性賠償，連同醫藥費，5人共可獲賠740萬餘元。
