情侶縱火案 檢認男殺人未遂

疑因不滿父親阻止交往而夥同男友縱火燒家的冷血逆倫案，經新北地檢署檢方偵結後，在今（2）日將涉嫌縱火的25歲呂姓男子，依殺人未遂及縱火等罪起訴，並求處最嚴厲之刑。

發生在上個月9日的情侶縱火燒屋案件，疑似肇因於不滿女方父親管教太嚴格，而縱火燒屋，導致女方父親一度傷勢過重在醫院插管。事後情侶檔雖向警方投案，女方父親也轉到普通病房，但女方父親還是心痛決定對2人提告。

25歲的呂姓男子和17歲的黃姓少女，2人疑因戀情不為女方父親所接受，而心生不滿在9日凌晨3時左右，對黃女位於新北市中和區的家中潑灑汽油縱火後逃逸；黃女父親一度以為女兒被困在火場，還2度衝進屋內欲準備救人，結果因此嗆傷而送醫插管。

呂男和黃姓少女縱火後逃逸至嘉義，數日後向警方投案，2人供稱是因為管教過當，反對交往，才會縱火燒屋。檢方19日庭訊時，黃女父親心痛表示，真的不清楚女兒到底在氣什麼？還說「要是知道，我就不會插管了！」最後決定對呂男和女兒提告。
