大埔住戶靜坐 政院：轉請苗栗縣府處理

苗栗縣政府限大埔4戶居民必須在7月5日前自行拆遷，自救會和多個社運團體今天前往行政院前靜坐抗議。行政院發言人鄭麗文表示，這4戶並不符合前閣揆吳敦義任內有關「符合交通、公共安全、公平性及都市計畫合理性」等四項原則，所以苗栗縣府才會要求這4戶居民拆遷。對於民眾的陳情，鄭麗文表示會轉請主管機關苗栗縣政府研議處理。

鄭麗文說：『苗栗縣政府都委會及內政部都委會邀集專家學者開會討論後，認為大埔張藥局等4戶不符合以上4點原則，因此苗栗縣府才會行文要求拆遷。 行政院會將民眾的陳情，轉請主管機關苗栗縣政府研議處理。』

抗議民眾則希望政府重啟都市計畫審議程序，實質落實「原屋保留、劃地還農」的承諾；撤銷限期遷除公文，停止一切行政執行程序。雖然現場員警已經舉牌警告，不過居民仍然揚言要在行政院前靜坐首頁
