私募基金132億收購　鋼琴之王史坦威將下市

【陳智偉／綜合外電報導】擁有1架史坦威鋼琴是許多演奏者的夢想，如今私募基金Kohlberg & Co.將以約4.38億美元（132億元台幣）私藏整家史坦威樂器（Steinway Musical Instruments）公司，激勵史坦威樂器周一股價大漲16%收35.28美元。

Kohlberg & Co.同意以每股35美元價格收購美國鋼琴名廠史坦威樂器，史坦威樂器有45天可以等待其他競標，收購完成後將轉下市，結束17年掛牌歷史。

CJS證券分析師烏桑納說：「隨著美國經濟復甦，史坦威樂器業績可望大幅成長。」他指出，美國房市復甦，尤其豪宅市場回溫，消費信心改善，十分有利鋼琴銷售。
