笨賊　偷車留空瓶　DNA露餡

有竊盜、詐欺前科的陳姓男子，去年6月6日間凌晨在北市中山區，以自備鑰匙竊走周姓男子的客貨車，幾天後，警方在中壢找到周男失竊的車輛後，在車內發現陳男留下的飲料空瓶，經警方採得唾液DNA檢驗比對後，確認是陳男。
 
陳男於審理時對偷車犯行坦承不諱，發官認為，陳男是慣竊，又有竊盜、詐欺等前科，但審酌失主已領回失竊車輛，陳男犯後態度良好，因此依竊盜罪判陳男5月，得易科罰金15萬元，全案可上訴。（張欽／台北報導）
