景氣復甦 去年GDP估破2%

（中央社記者林惠君台北28日電）去年第4季經濟成長率受出口較預期好，概估為2.92%。官員表示，景氣復甦有比較明顯跡象，全年經濟成長率概估也較預測的1.74%提高，來到2.19%。

行政院主計總處今天公布去年第4季經濟成長率概估統計，在未經季節調整與前一年（101）同季比較的概估為2.92%，較去年底（11月）預測數1.22%大增1.7個百分點。

併計前3季（第1季1.44%、第2季2.69%、第3季1.66%)，去年經濟成長率概估為2.19%，較預測的1.74%增加0.45個百分點。

主計總處官員表示，第4季實質GDP（國內生產毛額）新台幣4兆647億元，概估成長率2.92%，主因商品出口較預測數增加29億美元，其中財政部關務署上修出口統計值22億美元。

另外，投資及消費均高於預期，其中概估第4季民間消費成長3.25%，對經濟成長貢獻1.66個百分點。

官員指出，第4季明顯好轉，的確是復甦比較明顯的跡象，這與國際景氣有關。

不過，官員也說，目前國際景氣是復甦與風險並存，還是有不確定性，例如美國經濟基本上持續好轉，但QE（量化寬鬆）退場是風險；日本提高消費稅前有榮景，之後可能有壓縮；中國大陸經濟改革也會犧牲經濟成長。1030128
