摸到排氣管有餘溫　警調監視器破機車竊案

【戴之聖／基隆報導】基隆延平派出所前天下午5時許，接獲張姓男子報案表示，自己的機車停在復興街巷口遭竊，警員胡家祥、盧俊良前往查看時，發現遭竊的機車竟停回原位，摸了機車排氣管發現機車還有餘溫，趕緊調閱監視器後，發現是被有多項前科的26歲蔡姓男子騎走。

蔡男一開始否認犯案，張男也表示不願意計較，這時蔡男突然說：「你看！這位大哥都不願意和我計較了。」以致當場露餡。 警方出示蔡男竊取機車後騎乘該車影像後，蔡男才坦承不諱，並於其住處交付犯罪工具機車鑰匙1把。警方訊後，將蔡男依竊盜罪移送法辦。
