中壢變態男子　街頭隨機熊抱女子強吻摸臀

【黎百代／桃園報導】住在新屋37歲蔡姓男子，今下午出現在中壢市火車站前中平商圈，理著平頭戴著眼鏡身型肥胖的蔡男，一開始在中正路附近閒晃時對一名路過女子伸手觸摸，但被女子制止未能得逞，隨後又到中平路附近，對另名女子下手，蔡男趁女子不注意，先從後方熊抱，見女子無法掙脫，就強吻女子，期間還襲臀，讓女子嚇得花容失色尖叫男子才放手，遭猥褻女子友人也立即上前推開變態男子並報警，警方趕到時蔡男還坐在地上。

警方將蔡男帶到派出所，蔡男自稱在新屋經營五金行，今天是到中壢逛街，對於女子及友人指證猥褻，蔡男表示自已有癲癇，所以不記得發生什麼事，也不承認曾強吻、襲臀，但多名女子友人目擊指證，傍晚訊後依猥褻罪移送桃園地檢署偵辦。
