動物認養 農委會擬規畫方案

（中央社記者林惠君台北 8日電）農委會今天表示，規劃明年起結合地方政府及動保團體推動多元化收容動物認養方案，推動認養送嫁妝、隔年回娘家再加碼的構想。

這項多元認養方案，也包括提供免費狂犬病疫苗、絕育補助等優惠措施，鼓勵民眾認養收容動物。

近來「十二夜」紀錄片獲廣大迴響，針對藝文界人士願意透過自身影響力鼓勵民眾認養收容動物及不棄養寵物，農委會表示感佩及肯定。

農委會指出，期待民眾看完影片後，能走入各公立收容所關懷、認養或協助照顧收容動物，讓牠們再次擁有被愛的幸福。

農委會表示，依近 5年統計數字，認領養率自民國98年13.7%提升至99年17.6%、100年20.4%、101年28.7%，以及今年1至10月的38.9%；人道處理率自98年73.1%降至99年63.2%、100年57.9%、101年50.1%，以及今年1至10月的42%。

農委會指出，人力及資源不足一直是部分公立動物收容所認養率較差的主要原因，呼籲地方政府能正視動物收容管理業務，務必支持適當人力及資源，並善用志工及民間資源，才能使民眾真正感受到政府尊重動物生命的用心。1021208
