外交部呼籲東海各國避免升高區域緊張

韓國下午發布防空識別區擴大方案，我外交部晚間發布新聞稿表示關切，呼籲相關各方應持續透過和平對話方式解決爭端，避免升高區域緊張情勢，共同維護區域和平穩定。

外交部指出，針對東海情勢發展，中華民國已於去年提出「東海和平倡議」，呼籲相關各方自我克制，不升高對立行動；擱置爭議，不放棄對話溝通；遵守國際法，以和平方式處理爭端。

外交部表示，「東海和平倡議」獲得各國普遍肯定，其精神與原則值得相關各方積極採納。
