竊髮大盜引恐慌　民眾捐髮做公益

【綜合報導】委內瑞拉近來出現一竊髮集團，暱稱「食人魚」，竊賊潛伏在購物中心，鎖定目標後，便用剪刀快速將目標頭髮剪下，受害者多為年輕女性，再將「贓物」賣給美髮院，在當地美髮院接髮興盛，髮質髮量狀況好的接髮可賣到約台幣3萬元，竊髮集團因此順應而生。
 
為了避免出現更多受害者，當局除了呼籲民眾加強注意外，還舉辦了捐髮給病童的活動，吸引不少民眾參加，表示將秀髮剪下捐給病童，更有意義，還能避免成為竊賊下手的目標。
 
不過竊髮集團依舊引發不少恐慌，民眾表示這種行為等同霸凌年輕女性，讓她們難以安心上街，要求當局將竊賊盡速繩之以法並重罰。
