【動新聞】賓士車逆向超車　險撞對向來車

【潘岳／宜蘭報導】宜蘭1名男子開車行經員山往三星方向時，對向車道車多擁擠，1輛白色賓士車疑似不耐久候，突然跨越雙黃線逆向超車，差點與該男子迎頭撞上，所幸雙方皆緊急剎車，才沒有發生意外。這段過程全被男子行車紀錄器錄下，於昨天晚上PO上自己的臉書，說明「賓士車的開法~真的不要命了~載著全家大小出遊，差點壓扁扁」。

宜蘭縣警局交通隊副隊長黃文泰指出，錄影帶中白色賓士車雙黃線超車，險些撞上對向來車的違規行為，係觸犯《道路交通管理處罰條例》第47條第1項第2款，可開罰1200至2400元。檢舉人必須在被檢舉者違規日3個月內提出舉發，逾期無效。
