廣西南寧傳銷詐財案大掃蕩 逮在台嫌犯46人

廣西南寧違法傳銷詐財案件的問題愈來愈嚴重，刑事局今天同步全台大掃蕩，將蔡姓主嫌等四十六人拘提到案。專案小組調查，嫌犯以赴大陸廣西南寧投資為誘餌，慫恿被害人投資，從中詐騙得逞，初步估計，詐騙金額高達數百萬元。

投資廣西南寧純資本運作的吸金手法，通常是誘騙台灣人到廣西南寧參加說明會，宣稱這種行業是大陸官方默許，只要掏錢投資，就可以獲得高額利潤，不過，經過陸方多次主動證實，這其實是虛構的騙局，類似台灣的老鼠會吸金。

由於陸續受理這類詐騙案情，刑事局相當重視，繼今年八月展開第一波行動之後，二號全台再發動大規模搜索行動，總共在北中南七十四個地點，將蔡姓主嫌等四十六人拘提到案，起出帳戶、組織關聯表、成員名冊等證物，全案訊後分別依詐欺等罪嫌，移送新北、高雄等地檢署偵辦，專案小組也將針對在逃共犯，進一步追緝到案。警方除了呼籲民眾不要誤信這類詐騙手法，也希望被害人勇於出面報案。
