司委會決議廢除 特偵組不評

（中央社記者劉世怡台北2日電）立法院司法委員會今天通過決議，將檢察總長黃世銘移送監察院懲處，並廢特偵組與刪預算。特偵組對此表示，不便評論。

立法院司法及法制委員會上午初審多版本法院組織法部分條文修正草案，黃世銘臨時請假，引發朝野立法委員數波言詞爭執。

司委會提案做成決議，譴責黃世銘、移送監察院懲處、廢最高檢特別偵查組、特偵組公務預算全刪及委員會擇期拜會參訪特偵組。

特偵組發言人張進豐對此表示，不便評論。黃世銘部分，則尚無回應。1021202
