戶口名簿明年換 舊式仍可用

（中央社記者劉麗榮台北4日電）內政部今天宣布從明年2月5日開始，實施新式戶口名簿，可取代戶籍謄本，但舊式仍有效，除有戶籍變動，否則不強制更換。

內政部次長蕭家淇下午主持例行記者會，公布新式戶口名簿將從民國103年2月5日起實施，新版戶口名簿採直式橫書，採彈性製表，在「個人記事」部分可選擇詳盡或省略，詳盡版的戶口名簿則可替代戶籍謄本功能，免去民眾另外申請戶籍謄本的困擾。

蕭家淇表示，新式戶口名簿並未強制，將採新舊式並用陸續換發方式辦理，戶籍資料無異動者，舊式仍可使用，但若有異動，得申請新式戶口名簿。

戶政司長謝愛齡表示，新舊式戶口名簿最大的差異在於，新式戶口名簿在網路上就可查驗，可有效管理戶籍異動，還增列騎縫章、押花和核發機關浮水印的防偽列印功能。

謝愛齡說，從明年2月5日開始，民眾若需檢具戶籍謄本，可去戶政事務所申請「詳盡記事」的新式戶口名簿。

申請新式戶口名簿需繳交規費，謝愛齡說，費用還在研議。

蕭家淇表示，戶口名簿歷經多次變革，從最早採人工註載方式補記，現行的戶口名簿則從民國86年後戶政電腦化後所改制，也已沿用近20年。1020704
