擔憂歧視 愛滋可在家自行檢測

衛生署疾病管制局近日與北、中、南4家同志健康中心合作，提供免費「愛滋病毒唾液篩檢試劑」，讓害怕到一般醫療機構篩檢的民眾，可以在家自行進行愛滋檢測。

疾管局表示，唾液篩檢試劑的準確率高達99%，檢體採集方式是用採檢刮板在口腔牙齦刮取檢體，放置20到30分鐘就可以自行判讀結果。

疾管局第三組組長陳昶勳說，該唾液檢驗試劑是檢測體內有無愛滋病毒抗體，因為還是有3個月的空窗期限制，因此篩檢結果僅限於3個月前的狀況。如果民眾近3個月內有危險性行為，但唾液篩試劑結果是陰性，不代表沒有感染愛滋；已在服用抗病毒藥物治療的愛滋感染者，也不適用該試劑。

根據疾管局的統計，目前全台愛滋感染人數已經達到2萬多人，感染途徑以男男間的性行為為主。疾管局提醒民眾，只要有性行為就有感染愛滋病的風險，所以一定要確實做好安全措施，避免威脅。
