誆稱攝影師可助成Model　誘少女性侵遭起訴

【陳偉周／基隆報導】基隆市37歲金柏志，去年5月間在「雅虎奇摩即時聊天室」認識15歲少女「KIKI」，少女想進演藝圈發展，金男自稱是攝影師，邀少女入鏡拍攝，表示要先訂製服飾請少女寄裸照，又要求與少女裝成情侶，培養兩人拍攝默契，少女不疑都依約照辦。
 
1個月後少女家人察覺有異，禁止兩人碰面，未料金男傳簡訊說：「不理我就死定了！」威脅不見面就公佈裸照，少女多次赴約，慘遭金男性侵4次，家人得知後報警。日前檢方依強制性交罪起訴金男。
