7月30日下午開始有自稱「小三」的匿名人士在網上舉報一位名叫文偉的中海油海南分公司負責人貪污腐敗、包養情婦、生活荒淫等，網帖配發大量艷照佐證。

中國網報導，31日下午記者電話採訪中海油氣電集團負責人。該人士表示公司已經注意到網絡上的傳聞，初步核實照片中男子並不是文偉本人，同時文偉本人已向當地公安機關報案。
