1.我下載BT時，有時有的檔案跑得很快可以到200~300 甚至500kb/s

1G的影片大概需一兩小時就載完了。

但是為什麼有些種子下載時，跑得很慢，超慢!!!

甚至不跑，0~20之間，有時跑一跑就不跑了卡在某一個趴數?

這代表時麼意思? 我曾有一個檔案卡在67%跑了一天跑不動

我就怒刪影片= = 請問這是什麼問題? 該如何處理?

2.聽說使用BT下載傷電腦，我目前都會將下載的影片移至行動硬碟，保持電腦容量不過多，這樣做對電腦有比較好嗎?
或說怎樣可以將電腦保養得好

目前電腦大概就是BT下載影片、打LOL比較耗電腦，其他僅是逛逛網頁
