馬總統晚間鎮瀾宮開講 民眾場外抗議

總統馬英九今天晚間在台中大甲鎮瀾宮前廣場開講，宣傳兩岸服務貿易協議規定，才剛開始致詞，數名民眾就在場外高喊「今天拆大埔、明天拆政府」，抗議民眾隨即被警方架走，在演講台上的馬總統未受影響，並提高說話音量，蓋住了抗議民眾的聲音。

馬總統強調，只有開放才能帶來希望、閉鎖會帶來萎縮，台灣開放的腳步跟不上鄰近國家，一定要趕快追，不然就追不上了。

他也提到，許多關於服貿協議錯誤的說法在民間傳播，所以要特別說明，服貿協議帶來的是更多的投資，是要幫助大家做生意的，如此才能提高台灣競爭力。
