大陸明年將開通高鐵 連結北韓邊界

大陸新華社今天(2日)報導，中國大陸將在2015年啟用1條高鐵路線通往北韓邊界。這個跡象顯示，北京仍然承諾，將提升與北韓之間的經貿關係。

這條高鐵路線已於2010年動工，預定連結瀋陽與邊境城市丹東，全長207公里，行車時間將從原先的3.5個小時大幅縮短成1小時。

丹東市隔著鴨綠江、與北韓新義州相望，靠近北韓黃金坪島(Hwanggumpyong)上的經濟特區。

中國大陸與北韓之間的貿易，有多達八成是經由丹東往來。

儘管不滿平壤當局的核子發展計畫，但北京持續鼓勵北韓發展3個經濟特區，不僅希望開發低廉的勞工，也促使平壤了解經濟改革的好處。

去年2月中旬平壤當局進行第三次核子試爆之後，中國大陸加強檢查進出北韓的貨船；但至今並沒有跡象顯示，北京完全切斷與平壤的關係，以避免這個孤立的貧窮國家崩解，產生大量難民。
