菲沒誠意道歉　馬大罵冷血謀殺

我漁民遭菲公務船射殺案，菲國遲遲未有誠意道歉，馬總統今重話痛批菲國「冷血謀殺」。

馬總統強硬地表示，掃射無武裝、無挑釁的漁船，已非執行公務，而是冷血謀殺，府方會繼續交涉此事，不容許國際間以武力解決問題。
