摘要：監察院上午舉行母親節敬親洗腳活動。針對財政部宣佈對證券交易所得稅只修不廢，監察院長王建煊上午語重心長建議馬總統，指證所稅從前曾課徵過，但卻非常悽慘地、沒有面子地被取消掉，現在再做會比當時更好嗎？他建議，要增加政府財政稅收，最簡單明瞭的方法，就是將證券交易所得稅從千分之三拉高到千分之六，金融業營業稅拉高到千分之五。他認為，現在很多事大家都在「國王的新衣」；一堆政治人物都在騙人，沒人願說誠實話。
