第一題
有兩種可能
(1) 只是純粹敘述 今天 = 星期五的晚上
　 那Friday evening 就是一般的名詞而已
　 就好像 He is my brother 這樣
(2) 假使是說某事""發生""的時間點
　 例如 我今天問你 party何時舉辦
　 這時就會用 It's on Friday evening
所以還是得看前後文去推
這題如果只是單純這句 你就當參考吧 = =+

第二題
就像我剛剛那樣講的
所以~~ 這題蠻明確的 就直接c唄
