台灣參與北太公約 　農委會：中國曾打壓

【陳培煌／台北報導】立法院外交及國防委員會與經濟委員會聯席審議「北太平洋公海漁業資源養護與管理公約」及「捕魚實體參與文書」案，農委會副主委胡興華報告時承認台灣參與這項公約過程中曾遭到中國刻意打壓。外交部次長柯森耀面對民進黨立委許添財質詢時也承認，「過去談判之中確實有點困擾」。

「北太平洋公海漁業資源養護與管理公約」及「捕魚實體參與文書」案已經委員會審查通過，提報院會進行二、三讀。
