蘋果日報-Panasonic液電鴻海代工十拿九穩
鴻海（2317）取夏普堺10代工廠之後，由於必須去化每年約300萬片60吋液晶電視面板量，鴻海為了突破重圍，除尋求中國品牌廠支持外，據傳目前正與日本Panasonic洽談爭取液晶電視訂單，將為Panasonic代工液晶電視。

經濟日報-8大建商搶進地上權
都更停滯、雙北市土地取得困難下，建商轉進地上權新戰場。台北市府與國防部昨（2）日舉行南京東路三段地上權案招商說明會，吸引逾30組建商參加，顯示地上權案吸壽險業者、建商搶進，預期標售金額將拉高，下半年上看500億元。業者表示，今年地上權案釋出土地面積大，多筆都有千坪以上規模，且地處精華地段，處處都是建商及壽險業者極力鎖定目標，初估下半年將有逾300億元地上權個案供給規模釋出招商，總面積將逾3萬坪。若加計國產署，釋出地上權土地供給規模約400億部分至500億元。

工商時報-中小面板缺山寨機叫苦
中小尺寸面板開始喊缺！在大陸智慧手機市場迅速放大、面板生產線轉換過渡期影響產出下，近期大陸山寨機市場出現中小面板缺貨的聲浪，供應鏈傳出，7月起已有山寨機廠拿不到面板。

為去化面板產能，鴻海近期積極突破重圍，爭取新訂單，據了解，目前鴻海正與Panasonic洽談液晶電視代工訂單。資料照片
